Job summary

REPAY in Gardena, CA is seeking a reliable Insert Operator to run folding and insertion equipment for high-volume mailing projects. You will operate Pitney Bowes APS/MPS systems and set up machines per job specs to ensure accurate inserts.

Responsibilities include QoS checks, documenting results, balancing jobs, and collaborating with the shift team to meet production targets while maintaining a clean, safe work area. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Operate folding and insertion machines in a high-volume setting.
• Follow SOPs, QA processes, and QoS checks.
• Balance, document, and ensure accuracy of each job.

Responsibilities

• Operate PB APS/MPS equipment for invoices and statements.
• Set up machines per job specs and adjust folding settings.
• Document QoS checks and balance all jobs.
• Report machine issues to maintenance and assist with upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.
