Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting. You will focus on inventory control, ordering, and P&L management while upholding our brand standards for scratch cooking and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong P&L knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
• Preferred knowledge of local/state health codes

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
• Manage inventory, ordering and key P&L inputs to drive restaurant success.
• Uphold brand standards and deliver an exceptional Guest experience through scratch cooking and quality burgers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts.
