Job summary

Lifekind Health seeks a highly skilled Interventional Pain Physician to join our fee-for-service pain management division in Phoenix. The role emphasizes procedural care with substantial autonomy and collaboration with UTC teams for multidisciplinary support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and fellowship in Interventional Pain Management.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state; MD or DO.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized interventional treatment plans.
• Perform high-volume interventional pain procedures (e.g., medial branch blocks, RF ablations, SI joint injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials/implants).
• Maintain timely EMR documentation and collaborate with APPs and referral partners.
