Job summary

Bee Window, headquartered in Fishers, IN, seeks a Telephone Service Representative to drive revenue by generating qualified leads and setting appointments for the Outside Sales team. You will handle high-volume outbound calls across multiple sources and hand off ready-to-consider homeowners to the in-home consultative process.

You will report to the Call Center Manager, work a hybrid schedule based in Fishers, IN, with an 8:30 AM–4:30 PM core shift and occasional Saturdays, earning a $20/hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in inside sales or outbound calling with a sales component.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel; CRM experience a plus (MarketSharp optional).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable with a high-energy attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for Outside Sales through outbound calling across multiple lead sources.
• Make 350–400 outbound calls per day (40–50 dials per hour).
• Maintain a minimum of 40+ issued leads per month, with path to higher bonus tiers at 60+ and 80+.
• Document all call outcomes and lead status in MarketSharp daily.
• Utilize RingCentral and the Get Next Lead queue to manage calling volume and review recorded calls.
• Track personal performance metrics daily and adapt to process improvements.
