Job summary

Bee Window in Fishers, IN is hiring a Telephone Service Representative (TSR) to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Outside Sales team. Expect high-volume outbound calling, rapid rapport building, and seamless handoffs to in-home consultations.

You will work closely with the Call Center Manager, participate in coaching, and help maintain accurate pipeline reporting with MarketSharp. A base of $20/hour plus monthly bonuses supports a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years inside sales or outbound call experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while on the phone and manage data entry.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel; MarketSharp experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, coachable and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the Outside Sales team.
• Make 350 to 400 outbound calls per day using provided data and systems.
• Document all call outcomes and lead status in MarketSharp daily.
• Maintain a minimum of 40+ issued leads per month with bonus tiers.
• Collaborate with Call Center Manager and Sales team to optimize results.
• Track performance metrics daily including leads, conversions, and sales.
