Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Fulfillment: Perform high-volume picking and packing of orders and stage for carrier pickup.
• Shipping Management: Execute daily order label printing utilizing ShipStation and manage all carrier pickup arrangements.
• Returns & Systems: Process customer returns within the CRM and Inventory Management System (IMS) to ensure data accuracy.
• Product Refurbishment: Responsible for refurbishment, disassembly, and reassembly of fulfillment items and finished goods.
• 5S Methodology: Maintain a workspace organized by the 5S principles: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
