Job summary

AO CASA INC in Houston, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support shipping/receiving and returns repair. You will unload shipments with forklifts, scan items, label stock, and help process returns and repairs in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work weekends after training. Candidates should hold forklift certification, have at least one year of warehouse experience, and be comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification required prior to start date.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (shipping/receiving and returns preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 6+ hours daily.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS or similar).
• Weekend shifts may be required after training period.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and organize inventory; unload shipments with forklifts.
• Pick, pack and ship orders; use RF scanners and update shipment status.
• Process returns; inspect items and sort into restock, repair or dispose.
• Perform basic product inspection and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and repairs.
