Job summary

El Pájaro CDC’s Co-packing facility in Watsonville seeks a Production Line Worker to support high-volume food production under the supervision of the Line Leader and Production Manager. You will handle jars, ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products, while upholding food safety and quality standards.

You’ll follow GMPs, sanitation procedures, and participate in trainings, while collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• Must follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload jars, ingredients, containers, and packaging materials.
• Operate filling, sealing, and packaging equipment after training.
• Perform production tasks safely and efficiently to meet daily goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Inspect products for quality and labels to ensure proper packaging.
