El Pájaro CDC’s Co-packing facility in Watsonville, CA is seeking a Production Line Worker to help support daily food production. You will perform tasks safely and efficiently under the direction of the Line Leader and Production Manager, contributing to high-quality products and strong teamwork.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMPs, food safety, and continuous improvement while offering opportunities to grow with the team in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• California Food Handler Card/Certification required.
• Experience in food production preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload jars, ingredients, containers, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Operate filling, sealing, and packaging equipment after training.
• Maintain production pace and quality to meet daily goals.
• Inspect products for quality and packaging.
• Support sanitation and changeovers as needed.
