JACK Thistledown Racino in North Randall, OH is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across the F&B outlets. The role directs staff, ensures proper staffing, and enforces safety and hygiene standards.

You will develop team members, coach performance, and maintain guest satisfaction through engaging leadership while ensuring compliance with internal controls and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in culinary arts, hospitality or hotel management preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in food and beverage required.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license.

Responsabilités

• Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within the Food and Beverage facility.
• Ensures sufficient staffing of all Food and Beverage areas.
• Establishes policies and procedures for the Food and Beverage team, to include safety and personal hygiene.
• Ensures team members have required certifications validated.
• Conducts routine inspections of all Food and Beverage areas and equipment.
• Leads with energy, fostering teamwork, morale, motivation and open communication.
• Coaches team members with a consistent, approachable demeanor and clear expectations.
• Maintains accountability for performance expectations and recognizes top performers.
