Job summary

Aramark at Empower Field in Denver seeks a Concessions Grill Cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume concession environment. You will cook on grills and fryers, set up stations, and maintain food safety during exciting events and concerts.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and ensuring quality, temperature, and cleanliness throughout shifts while delivering strong guest service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required).
• Experience as a cook in a related field or environment (Required).
• ServSafe Certification (Preferred) – will be trained upon hire (as needed).
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed).
• Basic math and counting skills (Required).
• Requires lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment for productivity.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, grills foods as needed.
• Ensures proper food temperatures and documentation during events.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and utensils per guidelines.
• Maintains friendly customer service and communicates with stand teams.
