Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a grill cook for high-volume events in Denver. You will prepare a variety of items on grills and fryers, work in a fast-paced concession environment, and support food safety and cleanliness throughout events.

The role is hourly/seasonal/part-time with flexible scheduling via ReadyOn; no guaranteed minimum hours and typical shifts may total up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience as a cook in a related field or environment.
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification required or training provided.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Demonstrates guest satisfaction and friendly service.
• Willingness to adapt to new procedures and changes.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment for productivity.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping as needed.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, grills, steams, and uses multiple cooking methods.
• Presents and portions food according to guidelines.
• Maintains food temps and documentation; cleans and sanitizes areas and equipment.
• Communicates clearly with stand leads, workers, and cashiers.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor.
