7th Street Burger is hiring as we grow across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston and DC. Our cooks on the line smash, flip, and grill burgers for high-volume service, keeping quality high and tickets moving.

We welcome both Part-Time and Full-Time cooks who take pride in their craft, work clean, and thrive in rush hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with benefits and weekly pay on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Food handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified)
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet
• A team-first mindset and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for late nights (3:00am), weekends, and holidays
• Hablar inglés y español es un PLUS

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate
