Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a full-time kitchen operations specialist to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals following production records. You will review pull sheets, organize ingredients for service periods, and support high-volume production while maintaining health standards.

You will also manage inventory, rotate stock to minimize waste, and collaborate with the team to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required].
• Technical/Vocational School culinary degree [Preferred].
• 2+ year's experience in large quantity food preparation/production [Required].

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals by following culinary production records.
• Review pull sheets and organize ingredients for upcoming service periods and high-volume production needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health standards and recording temperatures according to regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock to support food safety and minimize waste.
