Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, Colorado is seeking a culinary production associate to support patient, retail, and catering meals in a fast-paced setting. You will follow production records, complete advance prep tasks, and ensure food safety standards and proper temperature controls.

Required are English communication, basic math, and the ability to multitask under pressure; knowledge of the food industry helps. Weekend/holiday availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cooking methods.

• Able to cook precisely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, retail, and catering meals per production records.
• Do advance prep by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and document temperatures.
• Manage inventory: sort, label, date, rotate stock.
• Collaborate with managers to meet goals and support service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
