Qualifications

Proven experience in a fast-paced cooking environment.
Experience in high-volume settings (200+ servings) preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook bulk meals according to established recipes and portion guidelines.
Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and texture of food items.
Manage food inventory, rotate stock, and minimize waste.
Follow all food safety regulations, including proper storage and handling procedures.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; cooperate with team for efficiency.
Operate ovens, grills, and food processors safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules to meet daily meal targets.
