Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a reliable Kitchen Production Associate for a Part-Time role (Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM–2 PM). You will prepare, portion, package, and label fresh meals while upholding strict food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates may have experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment; you will follow recipes, maintain inventory, and document batch records, with opportunities to learn equipment like sealers and labeling

Qualifications

• Read and follow written recipes, production schedules, checklists, and logs.
• Maintain high accuracy in portions, labeling, and date coding.
• Food Handler Card required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain efficient production pace and meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Portion, prep, and assemble meals per recipe and specs.
• Package and seal meal trays with proper presentation.
• Apply labels with product name, ingredients, weight, and dates.
• Follow production schedules and manage inventory for both locations.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO; record waste and shortages.
• Maintain temperature logs, batch records, and production docs.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment per SSOP and GMP.
• Receive and inspect ingredients, ensuring proper temperatures and quality.
