The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English. Familiarity with SAP and PLC systems is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience preferred in manufacturing.

• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Participate in plant safety program and maintain housekeeping.
• Operate and monitor mixing and packaging equipment per procedures.
• Document production steps, set points, and timing accurately.
• Perform raw material and packaging inventory checks.
• Adjust equipment, troubleshoot issues and perform changeovers.
• Monitor PLC systems, flow meters, and valves; transfer materials safely.
• Verify finished products meet quality standards and labeling.
• Assist training for new or temporary staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
