Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Bartender for Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, NY. You will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensure responsible service, and provide an excellent guest experience.

The role is tipped; base pay is $11.83/hour with potential additional earnings. Benefits and weekly pay are offered, along with training opportunities and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment and make correct change.
• Mix drinks following recipes and company-proportioned standards.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and verify IDs.
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
