Job summary

Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, owned and operated by Delaware North, invites energetic Beverage Servers to join our team in Farmington, NY. This tipped role offers part-time or full-time schedules with a $12.04/hour base pay, plus potential tips.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving beverages responsibly, handling POS orders, and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a NY Gaming License.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
• Basic math skills.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate drink specials, take beverage orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to alcohol service policies.
• Enter drink orders into POS system, deliver to guests.
• Observe and follow up with guests, provide additional service.
• Prepare and deliver guest checks and process payments.
