Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring energetic beverage servers to join Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, NY. This tipped position offers the chance to provide outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving beverages, managing payments, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. You must be 18+ and able to obtain a NY Gaming License. Weekly pay, benefits, and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a NY Gaming License.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names.
• Basic math skills.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver them to guests.
• Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service.
• Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier.
