Kei Concepts is seeking an experienced Bartender to join QUA Dining in Fountain Valley, CA. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume environment and a willingness to work Monday nights with a flexible schedule.

You will craft quality beverages, interact with guests, and support busy service periods in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include preparing drinks, taking orders, maintaining beverage knowledge, ensuring RBS compliance, and keeping the bar clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, cocktails.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler Card.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and guest requests.
• Take orders at the bar, at tables, and from team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitised bar.
• Verify guest IDs and follow Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) requirements.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
