The Bay View Inn is hiring a Bartender to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will manage drink orders, stock, and bar setup, ensuring accurate service and customer satisfaction. A ServSafe Alcohol certification and strong knowledge of wine, beer and spirits are essential for this role.

You'll handle payments, maintain bar cleanliness, and coordinate with management on guest needs. This position supports both part-time and full-time schedules with a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits with service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers.
• Ability to remain calm with unruly patrons.
• Proficient in POS software used in bar/restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders from patrons and waitstaff.
• Maintains bar setup and stocks beverages and supplies.
• Prepares and serves drinks with proper methods for consistency.
• Checks IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Handles payments and completes orders quickly and accurately.
• Keeps bar clean, organized and well-stocked.
• Communicates guest complaints or requests to management.
• Works with team in a positive, professional manner.
