The Bay Club Company is seeking a bartender who can mix and serve drinks while delivering exceptional hospitality to our members and guests at the club. You will handle drink preparation, customer interaction, and on-site service with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of bartending experience preferred.
• State Food Handler Certification required.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) state certification required.
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible and dependable team player.
• Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to acquire new skills.
• Well organized with high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Check identification of customers to verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Ring drink orders into computer and handle payments.
• Wash and sterilize glasses, stemware, utensils and bar equipment.
• Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Represent the club professionally in image and communication.
• Work varying hours including weekends and holidays.
