Qualifications

• Must pass Responsible Service of Alcohol test with 90%+.
• Capable of greeting guests within 30 seconds.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills required.
• State health and/or alcohol compliance card

Responsabilités

• Mix, garnish and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Ring drink orders into the computer and handle payments.
• Maintain an attractive bar display and stock as per standards.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Learn guests' names and preferences to personalize service.
• Provide proactive assistance to guests and colleagues.
