Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, recommending pairings, handling guest payments, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar while collaborating with servers and kitchen staff. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency; Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.
• Must obtain, or have, California Food Handler Card and RBS certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Operate the bar as a full-service station and take orders.
• Greet guests, make recommendations and process payments.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages to standard.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and supplies and coordinate with staff.
