Bodenvy is a fast-growing Med Spa specializing in permanent fat reduction and coolsculpting. This full-time role focuses on turning warm leads into scheduled consultations with high-volume calling and inbound support.

You will educate prospects, book same-day/next-day appointments, and maintain strong show rates while working in a performance-based environment. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound call center or appointment-setting is preferred.
• Ability to make 200+ calls per day and manage inbound inquiries.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills required.
• Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone.
• Comfortable in a performance-based environment.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and questions from prospects.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport with potential clients.
• Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy services and benefits.
• Book same-day and next-day consultations.
