Job summary

LHB Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on production equipment, building systems, and grounds to ensure quality and efficiency for the organization.

Responsibilities include line set-up, line adjustments, repairs, maintaining logs, coordinating with supervisors when machines are taken offline, and working with high voltage electrical systems. Safety procedures and SOPs must be followed.

Qualifications

• Technical school graduate in maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing repairs and line set-up.
• Experience with aerosol production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs line set-up activities in an efficient, timely manner.
• Provides line adjustments and preventive maintenance to maintain efficient line operation.
• Assists in maintenance and repairs of production equipment, building and grounds.
• Keeps maintenance log as required.
• Keeps supervisor advised of spare parts needed.
• Coordinates with department supervisors when machines must be taken off line for maintenance.
• Works on high voltage electrical equipment and wiring to perform repair and installations.
• Oversees contractor work for facility modification and repair.
• Adheres to plant and departmental SOPs and safety procedures.
• Maintains plant safety systems so they are operational.
