CPI Electron Device Business in Beverly, MA is seeking a Transformer Winding Technician to manufacture high-voltage coils. You will set up and operate manual winding machinery, manage insulation and sealing processes, and work with engineering teams to meet exact design and safety specs.

Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manual coil winding machinery in a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Proficiency using measuring devices to verify coil dimensions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and handle epoxy/ resins safely.
- US person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual) required for export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR).
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate manual winding machinery.
- Prepare and form wire leads.
- Apply insulation and structural reinforcement.
- Perform mechanical sub-assembly.
- Collaborate with engineering and test technicians.
