Job summary

Helion, based in Everett, WA, is seeking individuals to perform high-voltage testing on production assemblies and prototypes. You will configure tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in collaboration with Design and Test Engineers.

This on-site role reports to the Production Manager and supports ongoing advancement toward the world's first fusion power plant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in electronics or manufacturing test environments.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and high-voltage safety practices.
• Ability to execute detailed test procedures safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and execute high-voltage tests on production assemblies and prototypes.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during testing.
• Operate test equipment, control panels, and data acquisition systems.
• Follow high-voltage safety protocols and grounding standards.
• Collaborate with Design and Test Engineers to review results.
