ROI - Workforce as a Service (WaaS) in Brownsville, TX seeks Journeyman Electricians and Journeyman Linemen for high-voltage construction projects. The roles involve installation, maintenance, commissioning of critical electrical infrastructure including substations, transformers, switchyards, and data-center power systems.

Onsite, field-based work with safety-first culture. Candidates should have hands-on experience with medium- and high-voltage systems, be able to read drawings and schematics,

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level experience as an Electrician or Lineman.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and specs.
• Texas electrical license or equivalent per assigned work.

Responsabilités

• Install, assemble, maintain, and repair medium- and high-voltage equipment and infrastructure.
• Support construction of substations, transmission systems, switchyards, and grid interconnections.
• Install and connect transformers, switchgear, breakers, grounding, and related equipment.
• Perform wiring, terminations, cable pulling, conduit installation, and connections.
• Assist with data center and industrial power infrastructure installations.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and construction specs.
• Work on overhead or underground systems as required.
• Support testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Operate tools and equipment safely per procedures and certifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet milestones.
• Follow OSHA/NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout safety rules.
