Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, preferably including design-build.
• Proven experience overseeing design phases of large projects ($50M+).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating processes, including cost documentation and value engineering.
