Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver dedicated services aligned with site orders
• Write detailed reports using company tech and apps during each shift
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, follow instructions and dress code
• Interact with clients and on-site personnel to provide peace of mind
• Report customer or property concerns promptly to supervisors
• Care for signal equipment including radios, access keys/cards, vehicles
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly
• Manage daily activities to meet benchmarks set by supervisors
• Disseminate client needs and post order changes via daily scrum calls
