P&E Constructors is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of project safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing safety programs, emergency protocols, incident investigations, and leading project teams toward a Zero Harm culture.

The position requires 5–7 years of leadership in safety, BCSP certification, and readiness to travel up to 90% for assignments across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Valid BCSP safety certification (CHST/ASP/CSP) or equivalent.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of OCIP/CCIP insurance programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Safety Plans.
• Establish site emergency protocols and medical services for projects.
• Coordinate procurement and distribution of safety equipment.
• Support project-specific safety campaigns and recognition programs.
• Participate in internal and external project kickoff meetings.
• Ensure all activities comply with environmental standards and safety policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports.
• Lead reviews of incident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Analyze site observations and audit results to identify safety trends and improvements.
• Mentor staff and align with P&E safety standards and expectations.
• Act as liaison to site management for safety guidance and compliance.
