Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients.
• Onboards new clients, opens new client accounts and researches client information.
• Prepares financial reports and materials for client meetings.
• Inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Advisors.
• Maintains records and files using CRM software.
