Gratitude Weight Loss Inc. is seeking a High-Ticket Sales Rep for our weight loss clinic in Cocoa Beach, Florida. You will conduct in-person and virtual consultations, articulate value, and guide clients through the weight loss journey.

We offer a base pay of $20/hour plus an aggressive, tiered uncapped commission structure, comprehensive training, professional development, generous employee discounts, and a polished, upscale work environment. Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of documented success in a high-ticket, direct-to-consumer sales role.
• Sales acumen with consultative selling and ability to close $5,000+ deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Polished, professional demeanor suitable for a high-end medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive in-person and virtual consultations to assess needs and build rapport.
• Sales & Closing: Articulate value, present pricing and financing options, and close sales to meet targets.
• Relationship Management: Build long-lasting client relationships and foster referrals.
• Client Experience: Ensure a seamless five-star experience from inquiry to post-treatment.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of services and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work with clinical team to ensure effective treatment plans.
