Job Description

In our world, “high ticket” is anything with a price point of about $10k or above. We believe that talented sales professionals are often underpaid because they’re in the wrong vehicle selling the wrong product. We seek top talent, develop them into highly trained closers, and enable them to reach new earning levels through high ticket sales with WFS Group. Our sales roles provide high quality leads, fast deal velocity, high average sales price, short sales cycles, a strong commission structure, and solid systems & training.

Position Overview

We are looking for top-performing sales professionals who thrive on inbound leads and closing deals. This role involves taking scheduled inbound calls, following our proprietary sales framework, managing pipelines, and maximizing revenue. We value motivated, ambitious closers who are willing to put in extra effort beyond scheduled calls.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and review calls
  • Follow the WFS selling framework
  • Conduct discovery dialogues to identify client needs
  • Build relationships and understand client goals
  • Deliver persuasive presentations via Zoom
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless sales processes
  • Exhibit WFS core values consistently
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of high ticket or consultative sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and success-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent rapport-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours
