Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You will meet 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home sales presentations.

You will grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with promotion from within and a supportive, team-first environment. Local appointments are organized to fit your area.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You'll Get:

• $100,000-300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
