Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time, W-2 in-home sales role in the Dublin area. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging presentations.

Most of the outbound work is already done, with 90% prepared before your first meeting. You’ll earn $100,000–$300,000+ annually with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, paid training, flexible schedule, and gas/toll reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience with proven results
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort with in-home presentations

Responsibilities
