LifeSource Water is hiring a Residential Sales Closer to work in-home within your territory in Los Angeles, CA. You will present, negotiate, and close sales on our salt-free whole house water systems using company-provided leads and support from an in-house appointment-setting team.

Expect 100% commission with weekly pay and a performance-driven environment. 3+ years in-home or high-ticket sales is preferred; a driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to cover assigned territories.

Residential Sales Closer – Water Systems | Company-Provided Leads | Weekly Pay

Every commission ad promises big money and hot leads, so we'll just tell you how it works here.

We provide the leads. These are homeowners who came to us, not internet leads that five other companies bought. You'll also have our in-house appointment setting team working alongside you to get you in front of people. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own leads. Your job is to run the appointment, present, and close. We pay weekly.

Average closers here earn $125K–$250K. Our top closers clear $250K–$300K. Commission is uncapped and paid weekly. In your first interview we'll walk you through the full structure — the rates, the tiers, and what our reps actually closed last quarter — so you can do the math yourself.
