Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time, high-opportunity W-2 sales role in Ohio. 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, with in-home presentations and pre-qualified leads. There’s no cap on commissions and a clear path to leadership as you grow with the company.

You’ll meet 2–3 customers daily, deliver engaging pitches, and advance through elite training and internal promotion. Weekly pay, performance bonuses, and health benefits support your success.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
