Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role in Elmhurst, IL, with 90% of the work prepared for you before meeting customers. Closers will join a fast-growing team launching our newest market and have opportunities to advance into leadership.

Expect to meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and benefit from elite training, weekly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
