Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role. About 90% of the work is prepared for you before meeting the customer, with a strong potential to grow into leadership positions.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and benefit from elite training, mentorship, and a team-first environment. Expect uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in-home or direct-to-consumer is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
