Home Genius Exteriors in Cleveland, OH is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role where most of the work is done for you before meeting the customer. You will close 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily and deliver in-home presentations.

The team offers elite training, mentorship, weekly pay, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, with local appointments based on where you live.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
