You will generate and execute test plans, bring up boards, perform functional tests, and work with software teams on diagnostics for multiple interfaces.

The role emphasizes measurement, verification, environmental and stress testing, with in-person interviews and relocation assistance. Citizenship USC/GC/H1B is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware test engineering with emphasis on high-speed designs.
• Ability to generate and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, PCA testers and general lab instruments.
• Knowledge of signal measurements and compliance testing is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Irvine, CA and perform in-person interviews.

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans and understand architecture at the manufacturing house.
• Bring up hardware, perform functional tests and design verification testing.
• Collaborate with software team and install diagnostics for interfaces.
• Conduct stress, longevity and environmental tests to meet emissions limits.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose practical solutions.
