Job summary

Ball Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking a Production Technician to join a high-speed, 24/7 manufacturing team. You will follow SOPs, operate and repair equipment, and support maintenance to meet production goals.

The role includes 4 days on/4 days off shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a rotations), adherence to 5S and safety policies, and working on-site. A high school diploma and 1-year mechanical experience with tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals.
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Inspect aluminum for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.
