Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in a high-speed industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as wrenches and gauges.

• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• HS diploma or GED; relevant degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in generation, transmission, or use of mechanical energy.
• Repair, install, adjust, or maintain high-speed packing machinery.
• Diagnose machine problems and minimize downtime.
• Study blueprints and manuals to operate machinery correctly.
• Record repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.
