Job summary

Ball Corporation in Conroe, TX is hiring a Production Technician to join a designated production crew and follow SOPs for their area. You will observe operating principles of equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards on a rotating day/night schedule.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of mechanical experience with troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Two years in a high-speed manufacturing setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1 year minimum experience in a mechanical field with troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow 5S standards and safety policies including PPE, food safety, and emergency procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.
• Inspect aluminium for quality and customer specs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain integrity and communicate effectively.
