Job summary

Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Warren, OH is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair and optimize high-speed machinery within a High-Performance Work System. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, support preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, respectful work environment.

The ideal candidate has a technical manufacturing background with experience on SAP/MES, and can work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and drive preventative maintenance.
• Document daily performance metrics and work orders.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a high-performance work environment.
