Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating rewind, slitter, finishing, or similar converting equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to read and follow job jackets, production orders, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed slitter/rewind machines according to customer specifications.
• Inspect labels during rewinding to identify defects like misprints and wrinkles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
